Advancing genome engineering projects through efficient single-cell cloning of iPSCs
Genome engineering is an important asset across various research disciplines, including regenerative medicine and disease modelling. One of the major challenges is the efficient generation of edited single-cell derived cultures, in particular when utilizing demanding cells, such as human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). In this webinar important parameters for efficient single-cell cloning will be discussed, with an emphasis on hiPSCs. We will highlight how common applications, such as CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing or subcloning, benefit from automation and methods to ensure monoclonality. The webinar will be joined by Dr. Sebastian Diecke who is the director of the Stem Cell Technology Platform at the Max Delbrueck Center for Molecular Medicine in Berlin. He will share his experience with iotaSciences’ cloning platform.
